«Fuente del Ciervo» is made by Casalobos winemakers from nearby young and old vines, chosen for their quality and altitude between 900 and 1,000 meters, with small productions in cordon royat formation. It has an enveloping aroma of cherries and berries, with an elegant and slightly spicy touch. Long and tasty on the palate, balanced with elegant and enveloping tannins, and pleasant aftertaste.
